Bright Skies Travel Website Project

Amy Fariss decided after years as a professional chef that she wanted to take the leap into organizing and helping others plan their vacations and travel. She contacted me to help put together her branding and website, and I was happy to help! Bright Skies Travel was a fun project to work on, taking her initial logo ideas and polishing it to a full branding package, and creating a site that I think she’ll be able to grow and scale her new business successfully, keeping a little sense of the fantastical while making people’s lives a little brighter.

Metricula – Twitch Channel Project

I met Madison ‘Metricula’ Roberts at Dragon Con, thanks to the track I volunteer on. As a professional musician, she streams a lot of her shows on Twitch and was looking for a unified branding there as she expands her audience. Thanks to knowing her personally and professionally, we worked together to pull together a unified branding package for her Twitch channel quickly and smoothly, along with building out a logo for her to use across all of her platforms.

Flowerbox Books Project

Flowerbox Books is a new small press run by Aaron Bentzel. As he is just at the beginning of his journey as a small press owner, he needed a complete brand put together and I was more than happy to help him out to achieve something that would not only show his company’s professionalism but also center on his quirky side, as they’re going to be focusing on clients who are a little whimsical and unique themselves.

Amber Hansford – Author Project

Ever since I was little, I loved to write. In 2019, I’m taking the plunge and I’m starting to publish my work. Because I’m working in multiple genres, it took me a long time to wrap my brain around how to structure an author site that encompasses a few genres without detracting from the author brand. With the branding, I wanted something simple that would translate across genre as well.

I’ll be honest that I feel a little strange adding this to my design portfolio, but I’m very happy with the results, and I wanted to share how to balance without pushing towards separate sites for each genre.

Atlanta UX Logo Project

Over on the #tech404 slack channel, I saw that Atlanta UX was looking for someone to design their new logo. I threw my hat in the ring, and after some discussions, I put together these options for them to use.
